Safety checklist — Backhoe loader inspection

Check tires — pressure, wear, nuts (front and rear)

Inspect front loader bucket — teeth, cutting edge, pins

Inspect boom, stick and rear bucket — cracks, pins, welds

Check hydraulic hoses and cylinders — no leaks

Inspect stabilizer legs — cylinders, pads, locking

Check fluid levels: hydraulic, engine, transmission, coolant

Headlights, lights, beacon and backup alarm functional

ROPS / FOPS structure intactCritical

Fire extinguisher present and charge verified

Start — check gauges and warning lights

Test service and parking brakes

Test steering — smoothness, no play

Test all front loader and rear backhoe movements

Test stabilizer deployment and retraction
